Refusal of Unauthorized Email Address Collection

We refuse to allow email addresses posted on this website to be collected without authorization through email harvesting programs or other technical devices, and note that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

• No person shall collect email addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from a website, without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.
• No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
• No person shall use email addresses for sending information while knowing that their collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs 1 and 2.
