Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)
The Quantum Transformation Industry-Council (QTI-C, hereinafter the "Council") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.
Article 2 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collected)
- Membership Registration: ID, password, name, email, contact number, affiliated organization (website registration form)
- Q&A, Proposal, and Technology Cooperation Submissions: name, email, contact number, affiliation (submission form)
- Event Registration: name, email, contact number, affiliation (registration form)
- Automatic Collection: access logs, cookies, visit timestamps (during service use)
Article 3 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information)
- Confirming intent to register, providing membership services, identity verification
- Providing information on Council activities such as program announcements and event notices
- Responding to inquiries and proposals and notifying processing results
- Analyzing service usage statistics and improving service quality
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
Member information is retained until membership withdrawal and is destroyed without delay upon withdrawal. However, where retention is required under relevant laws, information is kept for the period prescribed by such laws.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Council does not provide personal information to third parties except with the consent of the data subject or where otherwise required by law.
Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Council outsources personal information processing as follows to ensure smooth service delivery.

Article 7 (Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Data Subjects)
Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information at any time, and may make requests in writing or by email through My Page or to the Privacy Officer below.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. Where content is added, deleted, or amended, notice will be given through the website notice board starting 7 days before the changes take effect.
