Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the conditions and procedures for using the Q-Platform website (hereinafter the "Service") operated by the Quantum Transformation Industry-Council (QTI-C, hereinafter the "Council"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Council and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "User" means a member or non-member who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Member" means a person who has registered for the Service and uses it upon approval by the Council.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or announced by other means. The Council may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by relevant laws, and any amendment will be announced, with its effective date and reason, starting 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Approval)

Membership registration is established when a user agrees to these Terms, completes the registration form, and the Council reviews and approves the application. The Council may refuse or cancel approval for justifiable reasons, such as providing false information.

Article 5 (Provision and Modification of the Service)

  • Program announcements, event notices and registration, and Council news
  • Quantum Computing Tech Tree and member organization information
  • Q&A, proposal, and technology cooperation submissions

The Council may modify the content of the Service provided as necessary for operational or technical reasons.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

  • Prohibition of identity theft and registering false information
  • Prohibition of infringing the intellectual property or other rights of the Council or third parties
  • Prohibition of acts that disrupt the stable operation of the Service

Article 7 (Management of Postings)

Where content posted by a user violates relevant laws or these Terms, the Council may delete or relocate such content without prior notice.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Council is not liable for any disruption to the Service caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or reasons attributable to the user. Information posted on the Service is for reference only, and users are responsible for any decisions made based on it.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes between the Council and a user arising in connection with use of the Service shall be resolved through mutual consultation, and where consultation fails, in accordance with relevant laws and customary practice.
